The Peace Jesus Offers
Teaching:
Jesus’ peace is calmness amidst a storm.
Jesus’ peace is not of this world.

Do not miss what is freely given.
Do not rely on worldly peace.
Do not be afraid of the future.

How can we practically apply the words of Jesus when he said, “Do not let your hearts be troubled; neither let them be afraid”?
Prayer:
Lord, forgive me for relying on the peace that this world can offer. Thank You for the peace of Christ that I can experience right now. I want to remain calm amidst the storm. Please enable me not to be troubled nor afraid of anything. I trust that You hold the future in Your hands, my Sovereign Lord. I pray this in Jesus’ name, amen!
