How to Spend Time with God?
Teaching:
We are instructed to fight anxiety with prayer.
The first benefit of prayer is peace of heart and mind.
Prayer is not a “command” but letting God know.
Application:
Have a 30-60 mins appointment with God.
Use a devotional and prayer journal.
Move the hand of God by being consistent in prayer.

Why is consistency crucial in our prayer life?
Prayer:
Lord, You have commanded us to fight anxiety caused by fear, uncertainty, stress, doubt, and all other worries of life. Please let us win the battle by putting our trust in You. Give us peace and victory. May Your peace guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Please grant me the discipline to set aside time for prayer and devotion every day. Give me hunger and thirst for You. Let me commune with You regularly. I pray this in Jesus’ name. Amen!
