Prayer: Moving the Hand of God

Scripture: Matthew 7:7-8

Teaching:
Prayer is moving the hand of God.
Prayer is acting as a child to the Father.
Prayer is asking, seeking, and knocking.

Application:
Ask, seek, and knock right now.
Accept God’s decisions according to His infinite wisdom
Approach God with humility.

Discussion:
Why do we have to trust God’s sovereign decisions?

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, from now on, I will ask, seek, and knock. You said in Your Word that those who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened. Sovereign Lord, please answer my prayers. Open doors of opportunities for me and my family. I humbly come to You as a child. Glorify Yourself by showering me with Your blessings. Bless me, Lord, according to Your generosity. May Your name be glorified! I pray this in Jesus’ name. Amen!
