We all have fears of abandonment.
We are secure in God’s love.
We are God’s own possession.
Application:
Fall in love with God and be faithful.
Find security in God our Redeemer.
Forgive those who have abandoned us.

Why should we desire to keep falling in love with God?
Prayer:
Father, thank You because You are our good Father who will never leave us nor forsake us. Thank You because You have not abandoned us in our sins; rather, You sent Jesus to rescue us from darkness. You have loved us with an everlasting love. Thank You because we are secure in Your love. Please teach us to love You back and to be faithful. Teach us to forgive those who abandoned us and betrayed us. We pray this in Jesus’ name… Amen.
